There has been a flurry of award news at Start Tech HQ recently. After being shortlisted for a Network Group Award earlier this year and being named as one of Britain’s 50 Best Managed IT Companies, we are excited to share we have been selected as finalists in yet more awards!
CompTIA Community Spotlight Awards Program
Start Tech has been named a finalist for the UK & Ireland Solution Provider Spotlight Award!
To be shortlisted we had to demonstrate leadership, excellence and innovation towards our organisation and clients, as well as being a true solutions provider.
And our managing director, Ian, is a finalist for the UK & Ireland Community Leadership Spotlight Award.
This award recognises an individual who, in the prior twelve months, demonstrated outstanding service and impact through their commitment, passion, professionalism and leadership in assisting the CompTIA Community as it advances the IT industry.
We think Ian is very deserving of this accolade. The winners for all the CompTIA awards will be announced on June 26th at the ceremony in Birmingham – wish us luck!

And the good news doesn’t stop there. Start Tech has been chosen as a finalist in the Outstanding Customer Service award category at this year’s Chamber Awards!
This award is for a Shropshire business which goes the extra mile in looking after the needs of its customers.
We had to show how we consistently exceed customer expectations, how we measure customer satisfaction and act on feedback, the training and development we do for customer handling and service skills, our commitment to staff wellbeing and sustainability, and our awards, accolades, and testimonials.
When you think of outstanding customer service, you probably wouldn’t ordinarily think of an IT service provider. So, we are really proud to have broken the mould by being recognised across all sectors.
